• Full payment must be made at least 14 days prior to the booked fishing date to secure your guide, equipment, fishing permits, and chosen fishing days.
• For last-minute bookings, full payment is accepted on the day.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the booked date are non-refundable (100% of the fee is retained), unless a replacement client is found.
• The 50% cancellation fee applies even in the case of medical emergencies.
